Contemporary Garden IN SEVENOAKS WITH AN IBIZA FEEL

The design for this contemporary garden project in Sevenoaks cleverly divides what was a difficult sloping plot into different multi-level zones and has a wonderful, relaxed Ibiza feel to it.

The garden at the rear of this modern Sevenoaks home comprises areas for relaxing and entertaining including a Tanby swimming pool, Grillo outdoor kitchen and automated Renson structure.

The garden’s multi-level zones are seamlessly linked by a hard landscaping theme which blends tiered Devon slate walling with corda porcelain steps, paving and insets in the lawn. Brown Belgian pavers add the finishing touch to this scheme which feels very much like it could be overlooking a beautiful Balearic beach.

The front of the house is framed by an arresting, large sweeping, rendered curve, again complemented by softening Devon slate tiered walling and porcelain steps.

The garden’s planting combines shrubs with a vivid herbaceous scheme for easy maintenance.
