Award Winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show Town Garden

In 2023, Langdale Landscapes were commissioned by world renowned sculptor David Harber to build a 12m x 20m garden at the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show. For this garden, Langdale Landscapes collaborated with New York garden designer James Doyle.

This was Langdale Landscape’s fifth RHS Chelsea garden and, like its predecessors, was judged 5 stars by the RHS, proving once again that intelligent, dynamic design and meticulous execution can bring the most out of outdoor spaces of all sizes in urban settings.

All of Langdale Landscapes’ RHS Chelsea gardens have used plants and shrubs cultivated locally to Langdale Landscapes in West Kent, reminding us that even in city gardens, connections to local flora can create a stunning environment.

The expertise that Langdale Landscapes has honed at the Chelsea Flower Show, particularly in maximising limited space and incorporating clever design elements, can be applied to town and city gardens everywhere, creating peaceful, practical retreats in even the busiest urban settings.
